HOW CAN SERVER PROBLEM CONTINUE FOR SO LONG?

SAOL server is not in order for the last 3-4 days and lots of panelists are not able to take their surveys.Every time the new surveys come this problem always crops up.How come SAOL is not able to fix the server problem till date though it claims to have invested a huge amount in purchase of a Premium Server about two months back.
If this is the state of its server how can it succeed in establishing a business model based on sale of product/ services and display of Ads. The erratic server response will instantly repel the consumer from the SAOL site.
